What are you doing up at 2:18 in the middle of the night??????? perhaps?

The temperature has gone down to 52ºF and there's enough of a breeze to make it feel quite chilly this morning

Did you stay up ALL night?????

Last night at 10pm it was 92 F. I didn't close the doors to the chicken coops and worried that a bear would come and eat them all. The coops were like ovens. There are roosts in the runs but the girls want to be in the coop for some reason. It's just too damn hot no matter when or where. It's almost 80F when I wake up at 7am. It's 90 by 10 in the morning and is between 100 F and 105 F Every Day. We call it summer. No rain ever, this is California. Hot and Dry until October if we are lucky.

I don't really sleep much... usually around 3/4 hours a day. And this is a good place to hang out when I can't sleep.
