It's finally under 90F during the days here. In October, the desert goes back to sleep -- and I come back to life! I can wear real clothes, nice shoes, nail polish and makeup! I can be fresh and clean all the time! I can style my hair in something other than a bun or ponytail! I can use lotions and body oils! I can shower at any time of day and sleep through the night! I can go hiking, bicycling, kayaking, running! I can bake! I can take the dogs to the park! For the next 5-6 months, anyway. Life begins when our second summer (we have two) ends!
