Well, as most of the regulars know, it's 'freezing at 50°F here!At least I'm not alone.
I grew up in North Texas, where winters were cold and high humidity. Sometimes the snow would stay on the ground in the shaded areas for a month.The cold would just soak right into the bones with the high humidity...never liked it then, and sure as 'ell don't now that I'm older.Must have thick skin to make it to 50.

Painful to think about. I've seen snow twice in my life (not counting mountain trips) that lasted seconds on the ground. Survived much longer (hours) on cars or play ground slides.
