I'm in No. Central West Virginia...it was -11 (that's not a typo, yes MINUS 11 Degrees) this morning! I hope I don't find chicken-pops when I go to feed and water this morning!

Yesterday, the radio said Alaska was averaging 40 degrees, it was -5 here at the time! I don't like the heat, but this is CRAZY COLD!

How frozen are you guys???

Feel guilty telling everyone this, but its 75 degrees right now here in Palm beach gardens, FL. For us the summer is our "winter" of bad weather....from now till next June, we'll be enjoying Paradise and why I live here. If anyone knows of someone who sells chicks, I'm looking for some heat tolerant breeds to get started with raising chickens. I almost fell over when I saw eggs costing $7/dozen here!

Florida is a great place to live if you pick the right location. If you ever think about moving here I'd be happy to give you some advice on locations.
