Tuesday 2nd April 8.27a.m. Heavy grey cloud cover. Calm here but the beach is a breezy 14.8 / 22.2kph N, Hg 65%, 21.1C / 70F heading for 27C / 81F. Muggy. Now raining.

Moon is 54.2% half moon period. Plant trees and below ground crops, mow lawns, trim hedges, and hair if you want to reduce growth.

I drove 250+ miles over the weekend and there were wildflowers everywhere! Lots of purple lupine and Mexican yellow poppies. It was so green and colorful. We usually see this in November, not April. I was transporting chicks so I didn't want to stop too much.

Well look at that! We once had lupine and a version of poppies in the front of the house, and they all died lol. How pretty. Gorgeous chickies!
