They usually don't say, but in all my years up here, it's usually, yep, wildfires in Canada. :)

We are under an Air Quality alert here now. It’s amazing how the air currents can carry the smoke so far.

Just came in from the barn doing evening chores, when I came in around 5pm it was clear. But the wind swapped around and brought in smoky air, when I got in from chores I was annoyed thinking one of the neighbours was burning brush. But just saw the alert now. It is THICK smoke, almost as bad as any I experienced in Alberta with wildfires.

Not happy about this, I am putting in hay and it’s hard enough with the heat and humidity. It was 30C today with high humidity.

Currently 20C (68F), forecast low of 18C tonight, and 31C tomorrow and wall to wall sunshine.

I should have gotten a picture of it but we were in a big haze today (smoke). We both wore masks going outside. Thanks to Covid, we have whatever the good ones are we got from our state.
