Hydration tips: try to do what the plants do and drink a lot early in the morning to fill the cells in readiness to cope for the noon and beyond extreme. Adding a hydralite also helps the body reduce heat fatigue. Fresh vegie juices are loaded with minerals that greatly boost cells. Every cup of coffee or tea needs 4 cups of water to mitigate dehydration.

I've never heard of a Sheep Grazier alert. I googled it though... interesting stuff! Be careful down there!
