LOL... that made my day.

So talking about goats... I built a 20x10 shed (with a loft) at the opposite side of the property... with the intention of raising goats. It WAS fully insulated and double walled... (now rodent infested) with doors on the front. It has full electric (just like my coop) both have frost free spigots. Those are handy in the winter.

I just crawled out of the coop. 19 degrees. Pretty sure I have the coop sealed off. If not... I have more cardboard

I'm ok with that... as long as we don't get any -50 wind chills. That's when I get worried.

15 degrees outside. The water containers are STILL lightly skinning over. Thankful the birdies have a semi warm shelter. The coop is around 40.

I guess they know when to go in and out. I do keep an eye on them though.

That's some seriously jacked up @#$__, I think women like that should just be kicked in the dirty back side. You should find a better woman that wants the farm life though
