Oh my gosh, I thought it was just a weird Tucson thing but it's nation wide! They're called "Mrs. Roper Romps." Sometimes they're fundraisers for a community group. There's also an International Order of Mrs. Ropers.

Now that's hilarious. I'm not much of a drinker but I love costuming and fun & whimsy!

-4C and overcast some light flurries but nothing exciting.

Supposed to be mix of sun and cloud later on. I turned the horses out without their blankets so they can roll in the snow and ‘clean’ their fur.

Temps are expected to drop steadily throughout the day. Another round of extreme cold expected.

Thankfully I now have the snow plowed up.
