Supposed to be periods of snow with a high of 13°F and WNW winds at 10-15mph and a 60% chance of snow with 1-3 inches of accumulation expected.

We are under a cold weather advisory from 8pm cst this evening to noon cst sunday afternoon due to dangerously cold wind chills of 20-25 below zero that could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.

Most of the time, mainly in the summer months, the rest of the time, it will come with a front that comes through, usually from the West or North. I'm located in a place where we get the convergence of Pacific, Gulf air masses and fronts from the North all at the same time.

There's no hot weather here, but the snow is melting off.

It's about 70F right now this morning it was freezing! It's crazy here! On Christmas day it says it will be in the 70sF, last year it was freezing the whole day!

I'm up here where it is normally colder at this time of the year.

I would stop the snow if I could! I am over it too!

I honestly wish y'all could send some of it this way. I'm sure you could use the break and we need a good snow. We haven't had an honest-to-goodness "real" snow in almost 20 years - just a few inches here and there between long bouts of heavy, icy mess that behave like the world's worst oil slick. Whether it's global warming or urban sprawl (likely both combined) doesn't really matter. Either way, the climate here has changed and I don't like it. If it's gonna be this icky, yucky, cold and nasty, won't somebody please give us back our snow!
