6C (43F) "feels like" 0C (32F). Wind in the teens with gusts up to 20mph, dying down overnight. Slightly cloudy but no rain and humidity dropped right down to 70% for a while earlier.

28F with a high of 31 predicted. They missed it big time on yesterday's prediction of 6 to 8" of snow. We got perhaps a half inch now covered with ice. It's a mess and difficult to deal with.
