What's the Wildest, Weirdest thing you've eaten...?

Antelope, bear, caribou, beaver, alligator, crocodile, rattlesnake, armadillo, raccoon, minnows, frogs, warthog, grubs, ant eggs, zebra, horse, crow, impala, elephant, kudu, sable, wildebeast, llama, alpaca, guinea pig, sea urchins, and I'm sure I'm forgetting lots more.

But the weirdest and wildest was a beer in Peru made from corn that women chew and then spit into a pot and ferment. I took a good slug of it, had a very difficult time keeping it down, and have no desire to ever try it again.

I have eaten lots of weird stuff, but the hardest thing for me was bear meat. It just didnt seem right, and it tasted really really yummy. I am having the butcher save our pig's brain for me to eat this fall. I am excited about it in a way that scares my friends...

what's that???

The weirdest thing I've ever eaten, well, tasted, was when my dad caught a spawning (if that's the term) spoonbill that had two huges egg sacs in her. He decided that we would try spoonbill caviar. NEVER EVER AGAIN!!! Ever. Period.

sushi, and octopus. Yeah, i know... i live life on the edge

BUT, I want to try Haggis. which is

Liver. and other random organs. with different kinds of vegetables rolled up in a sheep stomach, THEN cooked.. is a scottish dish, which is why i want to try it... its part of my heritage.

Monkey, rat, dog, armadillo and SPAM--what a bunch--but Oblio13--that fermented goop takes the cake---you must have a cast iron constitution--Machu Picchu will have to wait
though I hear that their local Guinea Pig is awesome...!
