Whats this disease? 2 chicks died within 4 days

Hi,

I have a flock of 30 birds, age 3 months (black austrolorep). In last 4 days 2 of them died one by one. Today while feeding I found another chick becomes very lazy and was dragging her legs. Investigating further I found some pimples and rashes on her eye lids and nose. I have attached the pics.

Can someone plz suggest me what should I do next? Is this disease can transferred to other chicks?
