What's This Yellow Lump Near Her Tail?

Hi! I just noticed our one Roman Tufted has this yellow lump of something near the base of her tail on her back (the tips of her wings cover the area normally). I just happened to see it when she was stretching out. I tried taking photos of it, but it was difficult to get well, so sorry. I can try for a closer photo if needed! But I was wondering if anyone's ever seen something like this before?
