What's up with my chicks?

I have two chicks that are always bunched up. One of them (Nibbles) always has his feathers down. The other (Felix) also is always screaming. Nibbles has been eating well and interacting with the other chicks but Felix is isolating himself and eating very little

We don't have a heat lamp but they don't huddle together or anything indicating they're cold. Also they're warm to the touch.

We feed them oats mainly. We give them a little bit of coriander now and again and little chunks of tomato too.

if they have feathers they will be ok but they still need a heat lamp!
They need chick crumb! oats is
ok but not just oats....
I wouldn't give them tomato, u cant tell what it will do to them....

You have to feed them chick starter, they will die. Tractor supply, agway, many hardware stores carry this. Don't feed them oats or tomato unless they have grit available to them.
