What's wrong with my chick?

I don't think anyone is intentionally looking to upset you. I'm very sorry your chick died, I remember my first that I couldn't save. Everyone is just trying to give you the best advice so you can be the best mother to your little chicks and have the best experience possible. If you cannot keep them inside for a few weeks is there a shed or garage with an outlet for your heat lamp available? I normally keep mine inside for a few weeks them move them to a brooder in my shed.

Please stop talking about my chick that died it's making me cry and I'm just a child stop throwing all kinds of information.and yes I want them to stay inside but my dads making them go out just stop everything your saying I can't do it,its my dad and yeah their my chicks I wanna give em a bigger box,yes I wanna give them heat, and definitely I understand everything, and yes have enough knowledge about MY chicks so please stop thinking I'm not trying my best.just please stop
No one is trying to upset you. They are trying to help you keep your chicks alive and healthy. If you are not able to provide these chicks with the care they need, just take them back to the person you got them from. Your chicks are less than a week old and NEED a source of heat to help them maintain their body temperature. They will not be able to cope with outdoor temperatures until they have proper feathers. If you put those chicks outside in a shed without any heat source, they will die.

Inside would be ideal, but any place free of drafts with heat and leg room is fine. I've used a plastic tote, dog kennel and even a rabbit hutch in a pinch. I just joined as well, but all I've experienced since has been kindness and very helpful advice. You just have to remember that chicks are just like babies, they have special needs that must be met to thrive. I really do believe you are doing your best for them, just keep in mind their needs as chicks and they will be just fine.

Is there any chance you could maybe educate your dad on chickens a bit? I don't know how much he really knows about them, as you have made it sound like he isn't letting you take care of them properly. I know all these comments are probably very stressful, and I know it must be hard asking your dad for all these things, but it's in the best interest of your birds. Tell him all about what a baby chick needs: space, heat, nutrition, etc, and then he won't be able to say no to letting you keep your birds inside and warm until they're old enough to be put outdoors.

If you and him can't get things worked out so that your birds are in liveable conditions, you might consider giving them to someone else to take care of, and visiting them every so often. Another option would be to have someone else raise the chicks (if you know anyone that would do so for you. You might also need to compensate them) and essentially buy them back once they're old enough to go outside. Anything that lets them grow up in safe, comfortable conditions is a good option. If you can't honestly take care of them the proper way right now, that's okay! But you need to find someone near you to help, or to find a way to give them better conditions QUICKLY. After all, they're just babies, and nobody should leave a baby without proper care.

Hope some of that was understandable ^,^

Yes they are. Sorry. I'll give you some photos for you to compare.
These chicks are about 48 hours old.

These chicks are 2 weeks old. Wings are mostly feathered, and the tail feathers are just starting to come in.

These are 3 weeks old. Shoulder, back, and chest feathers are starting to come in.

These are 4 weeks old. Completely feathered except for some down still lingering on the heads.
