What's wrong with my hen's comb?

Other than Favus, which a fungal infection (see my first post), I'm not sure what the wrinkly bit could be. I'll look forward to seeing what someone with a little more experience has to say.

As for the folded comb, as I think I remember seeing white feathers in your picture, I would suggest she may be of Leghorn decent. That breed can have folded single combs. :) That is nothing to worry about.

Unless the comb starts feeling "wilted," changes color, gets scabs, injured, or gets swollen, you don't need to worry too much about it flopping over, especially if she's got some Leghorn in her.

You can use Lotrimin on Favus. Pick some up at Walgreens on your way home. See if that helps.

Just make sure to address what's causing the fungus among'us. :)
