What's wrong with their feathers?

You need to put him over some spectacular Black Ameraucauna hens and then breed the resultant blues back to each other. Amazing! How did I miss this thread from before???!!

I have a quick question too. I don't want to cut into the answer you are waiting for though.

I got my first Ameracauna egg yesterday. Thank Heavens! Question is, I have never heard the Roo crow or try to breed. Do the Roos take longer to mature or am I just not catching him. If the hen is laying and mature, wouldn't he be too?
