What's wrong with them!? Mass in nostrils, now swollen one side of face?

Our EE about a month ago acted lethargic and sickly but no real symptoms other then just off...but I did notice a mass in her right nostril?! She eats and lays and acts pretty normal besides this now BUT her BFF a golden laced is now not eating as well and acting sick...when I looked at her face, the whole one SIDE is swollen and eye is a little runny AND appears like a little mass like Gretchen's...same right nostril?!

Any idea how to help my girls?

Do a Google image search for "mycoplasma conjunctivitis" and see if any of the birds look like yours. It could also be Chlamydia. They can be treated with the same antibiotic (doxycycline) so the distinction isn't that important.

There are numerous other possibilities include aspergillosis, viruses, Vitamin A deficiency, etc., but I would consider Mycoplasma or Chlamydia first. They're very common amongst wild birds, many of whom can be asymptomatic carriers.
