What's wrong with this little guy? And how do I help?

This chick was part of a nightmare hatch. Five chicks this last hatch ended up having issues. I've dealt with sticky chick, shrink wrapping, splayed leg, curly toe. You name it it happened. I'm exhausted and overwhelmed. But also incredibly hopeful. The worst chick (I thought) which was dragging her poor little leg behind her has made a complete turn around after some physical therapy in a cup and some tlc via love and supplements. Another one was just spinning in circles on his butt every time her tried to walk. He also got cup therapy and tlc and is doing fantastic. The other two took a turn for the worst this morning. One was born with out her yolk fully ascended and had improved yesterday then went down hill and was on her back or spinning in circles on her butt this morning. I put her in a cup too and now she's doing great. The smallest of them though which can't walk bc he has curled feet and possibly splay leg as well just kind of lies there with his legs curled in and out at the same time. Does anyone know what's wrong with him and what else I can do for him? Have you seen this before?

This is Eeney. His hatch mate are Meany, Miney, and Mo! Lol. I'm doing my best to help this little guy. Has anyone seen this and know what I should do? The cup doesn't seem to be helping. I'm supplementing him and giving water every two hours. When I taped his feet he still couldn't get on them and walk. It was like his legs were still to far out and he just didn't have the strength to get them under him and stand up 😔

Actually I don't think that's what's wrong with him. He has two slipped tendons. We are working on getting them fixed now. I'm going to take the splints off later today. One of the other chicks did pass through the night 🤧 I'm not sure what happened. She just went down hill very quickly. It was the one that took a while to ascend her yolk properly. I've been giving them supplement and also added moringa to there diet since it is so full of vitamins and minerals. Eeiney should be walking be days end.
