What's your fav coloured birds?

I love silver weathen, millefleur, black, blue and the columbian pattern.
Then it depends a lot on the breed, for example I don't like the columbian colour on the faverolles, but I like it on the Brahmas. I don't like much cuckoo colour on the Brahmas, but I love it on the marans.
I'm fascinated by the black/blue/splash gene, I aim to have at least both the blue and the black version of every chicken colours I breed, since I miss the blue version in almost every colour:rolleyes:. So black and blue columbian brahma (which I already have), black and blue brahma and bantam cochin, black and blue millefleur bantam cochin.

Here are called "Argentata Frumento", which translates in "silver wheaten", I guess.
I checked on the site "kippen encyclopedie" and in English (UK) is called like that.
Looks a bit like the salmon colour, but it's called in a different way.
For example, the french faverolles has the silver wheaten colour, the german faverolles has the salmon colour (at least here).
Like the amrock which has the barred colour, but in the marans and brahmas is called cuckoo, it seems similar but's a bit different.

Here it is the example on the french and german faverolles.

This is the french faverolles, which is called "argentata feumento" (=silver wheaten)

As you can see, the difference in the genetics is the Mahogany gene, Mh/Mh+ in the salmon, mh+/mh+ in the silver wheaten
