What's your opinion on this EE?

It's a bit early, but I personally think that EE is a cockerel. Comb is very wide at the back and you can plainly see all three rows of "peas" already. Legs are thick, too.

Thanks-- the 3 rows plus the longer feathers at the tail are swaying me towards cockerel. The other EE's I have do not have the longer tail feathers.

Longer tail feathers at this age do not mean much as to the sex of the chick. My Ameraucana and EE pullets often have those and molt them out as they approach adulthood.

It's so hard to tell at this age, isn't it? My guess would be cockerel, because it looks like there are some reddish patches starting on his/her wings, but that could be an effect of the lighting, too.
