I try to get out and enjoy the whole outdoors. doing chickens etc... But what really helps, when I'm at that spot, where I just have to finish what I'm doing... Here my stress is the just got home from work, kids are hungry, animals need care.. I would just like to pee alone.. It's about 2 hrs of Chaoes, Doing everthing quickly, without enjoyment.. But I've learn't to take a step back, and say yes.. It's busy, but I can do it.. Once everyone has what they need, homework done.. It's all over...
So i think the Key "is to envision when your done with all that stress..." Realise it's not healthy to be that way, and the power of thinking to counter act it. or so I tell myself...
