Here are a few photos of my trio at 5 months. Both of the girls are lacking in the feathered leg department. The dark chested one has one or two feather on her shanks is all. The light chested has feathered shanks but her toes do not have feathering. The boy filling out nicely he was being a goober and wouldn’t pose naturally for me so he looks a little odd. I did notice some white on his right wing but he hasn’t gone through his adult molt yet so hopefully it molts out. Here are a few photos of my my older hens. I’d like to breed my cockerel back to them so I can avoid bringing in new blood already. I’m hoping they still have enough eggs in them to get a few chicks out of that cross.
