il post some picks next weeken, i just cracked 10 eggs and like a dummy i did the best ones ,,,,, i was looking to see how many had blood spots and sister cooked them up and fedf it back to the girls , they love eggs and funny thing is out of ten eggs cracked only 2 had specks of blood or spots not bad and very small lol . and just now i was gunna have eggs for dinner and i picked the silkie because they are normaly clean eggs , i cracked it and loads of blood yuck so i skipped the eggs and went 4 sausage lol

Darkest Blues I've ever seen. . . Normally BBS Marans eggs are depressingly pale and I would NOT recommend using them to create Blue Wheatens, but those are nice.

nice looking hen chick , i am suprised how big the hens get , biggest out of the rocks, and EE breeds i have and the bunch of hens i have are so nice to me and every one but will just about kill any other newcommer (chicken ) and get ready for the amount the hens eat you will be suprised how much cool little hen ,

oh , i for got the roosters are bigger lol

Gees, I'm knocking on wood here. My pullets have been laying for about 1 1/2 months now, and I have yet to see any blood or meat spots in my eggs. In fact, I just ate some today for lunch with a small burger patty, and whole grain bread...YUM!!!
