Wheaten and Blue wheaten Marans Discussion Thread

I have a Wheaton roo, 4 weeks old that needs a home. We just keep hens in our backyard

Well, it's day 23 here for my Wheaten hatch. I had one of my eggs hatch yesterday, a Blue with lots of shank/toe feathering. This morning, I woke up to what I hope, is the first of the Wheatens!!!

Big chick! I sure hope some more get to cracking! I'll get some pics when it has dried off and is in the brooder. I am so stoked! Thanks Randy!!!

the yellow leg is fixed i think.. the roo is gone and so is the hen
