Hi all,
My 27 week old EE pullet started wheezing... LOUDLY about 30 minutes ago. She's also just started sneezing too. She's ready to lay her first egg any moment and when I first heard it, thought she was doing the pre-egg whiny thing that most of them do but this was different. She has clear eyes, dry nares but is DEFINITELY having a hard time breathing. I isolated her immediately and am misting her with non-activated Oxine in case it's fungal. I have Tylan 50 AND Amoxicillin oral suspension on hand but don't want to use them until I know if it's bacterial. Can anyone help me diagnose please? Here's a video of her:
