When can baby chicks go outside? Chick names?

Oh, I am sure they would but....playing it safe. I am sure if they were hatched with their mom and she took care of them, she would have had them outside by now, at least for a while.

I have 8 chicks that are 4 days old and I want to take them outside.
So when can they go outside? They would be supervised constantly and they would be brought back inside after a little while. They wouldn't be outside for more then a half hour.
Also I need help finding names for them.

The reddish/yellow ones are extra males and I can only tell apart a few of them.

Mine are two weeks old I let them in the coop mid day when it's around 80 and they do fine

You go to a section like for example the Raising Backyard chickens section and then you click on that and then you click on the button near the top of the page that says Start new thread.

Momma hen takes hers out of coop at 3 days so I do the same if weather is above 70. I start with short outings and increase time every few days. By 4 weeks they stay out all day in Texas sun
