When can my chicks come out of the brooder?

I am about to start raising chicks. I live in Georgia so it is always pretty warm here. What i need to no is...How old do my chicks need to be before i can put them in an outside coop and out of the brooder.
 
Yeah around 8 weeks or so if its warm enough outside (70+ at night)

I did take mine outside when they were only a few weeks old, they would spend a couple of hours running around in a little tractor I built for them:

That was in August last year - so it was VERY warm - they had much fun till it started cooling off and I brought them all back inside for the late afternoon and evening.
 
Chicks feather out between 8 to 10 weeks...if the nights are cold you will still need a heatlamp in an outside coop or pen...
