When do Brahma's typically lay? Finally laid today! Picture pg 2.

My girls are 23 weeks old and one is much smaller than the other one. However today my biggest brahma layed her first egg on the ground outside. How do I get her to go into the nesting boxes. I've never had this happen before.

She's very pretty, Nicloe01! My hatchery Dark Brahma is surprisingly nice looking and just started laying this week at 23 weeks.

Cookie is now squatting every time I walk by her now.

That is fantastic!!! Congrats on the egg. I have a buff brahma that is 23 weeks and we are still waiting....has the red combs, been in the next box....I hope it is soon!!!!
