When do cochins lay

I have a 7 month old silver laced cochin who hasn't started laying yet when will she?

I have Cochins that are 8 months, one just started laying two weeks ago and the other still hasn't laid. I'm hoping that maybe that one will lay in the spring. They're a later laying breed.
