When Do Hens Typically Get Broody?

Hello again, I got a question when do hens typically get broody? I have a spot made up for them but nobody has used it! Thanks!

Our hens decide LOL They can do it in the dead of winter or in the middle of the summer and anytime in between that. They can do it more often in the spring but I've found that the only ones in my flock that are constantly broody are our bantam Easter Eggers, Cochins and Silkies which are usually broody breeds
