A large waterer that doesn't leak would be nice.

A feeder that holds a 50lb bag of feed can be useful.

Could you post a link to the premeirs waterer your talking about because I want one! That's what I chose to; waterers!
Winter watering is a pain! I have one heated plastic 3 gallon waterer that fills from the bottom. It dumps on me when I carry it, seems like always when its 11° or colder out there.
I've 2 feeders that hold 80# each they are screwed to the wall and they're awesome! My hubby made them for me. I need him to build me another for my 3rd coop.
Edited; because I can't spell tonight!

Try finding anything in South Africa that doesn't relate to broiler house chicken keeping- organic feed evokes a complete blank- and don't even mention pastured poultry or chicken tractors! Double blank stare. We make our own feeders and waterers. Meds involves little sachets you mix with the water for cocci and coryza and THAT'S it- nothing else- you get that lovely blank stare again. I have to order and drive about 200 miles to fetch chicks as here in the north where I am you only get the broiler cross breeds and I only use standard heritage breeds as layers. Raising backyard chickens isn't a big thing here, so there is no market for associated products. Be grateful for what you guys can get- you could be here and get nothing!

Trust me, I'm aware we are lucky here, but there are places that do not have everything they need. My area is a good example. Our co-op feed stores have nothing except broiler operation stuff and very little of it... Tractor Supply chain stores have some more things but (in my opinion) not the best quality or variety. What I'm doing this for is simple market research... I have a buisness plan going and need this for the bank to satisfy them in securing the loan. I have another thread that is geared more towards my region.... just wanted you to know, the purpose of the poll was not to complain about what you don't have, but help find out what is needed to fill the gaps.
