when to move outside?

My chicks are 5 weeks and I am wanting to move them outside during the day and in brooder at night. Its often below 65 degrees F all day. is that too cold for them at this point?

this is from a couple days ago when it was unusually warm (80+)

They look like they should do ok outside during the day. If you see them getting too cold (shivering, huddling together), bring them back in but I think they should be fine.
