When to start giving extra food

Hi I bought 10 white leghorn hens, 5 sex link hens an 5 RIRs the leghorn are almost 4 weeks an the rest are 3 weeks old . My question is they have been eating the starter food I have to fill there tray twice aday an now that they are a little older they act like they are starving how old do they need to be to start eating table scrapes along with their regular food
