When will my chickens lay?!

My chickens were hatched late January, early February. The guy wasn't for sure which incubator they came out of. They are White Leghorns. They are beginning so make lots of noise and they keep digging in the nesting box. I attached pictures. I was wondering if they look close to be old enough to lay? Or how old they look.

They should start laying soon. Pullets usually start laying at 5 months ( 21 weeks).

Have they started squatting when you pet them? They are very pretty!

The ones who are laying for me right now, all started squatting and then a week later..... eggs.
