When will she give birth

Good luck! I hope everything goes okay! I can understand the feeling of desperation and aloneness because you are basically tending this dog on your own, but stick in there! I would agree to be very careful with keeping the dog/puppies because your neighbors sound like they would definitely press charges if they found out. It's sad, but the age-old question "does a wrong act for the right reason make it right?" Still holds true (Example: Robin Hood- yes he helped the poor but he was still stealing)
But there are plenty of people on here willing to help, and we'll all be crossing our fingers for you!:hugs:fl
Thank you so much, it’s made me feel better with the support.

I looked up what do i do if my dog is giving birth It said: Let your vet know that your dog has started giving birth. This will put them on alert. If there is an emergency, they will be able to help you as quickly as possible. Your dog and puppies should be examined by a vet within 24 hours of birth, even if they appear healthy. And it also said : Before labor, a dog will show clear signs that she is going to give birth. If your dog going to give birth at home, be alert during the ninth week and make sure she has everything everything she needs to comfortable give birth. and also : Knowing When Your Dog Is Ready to Give Birth A pregnant dog typically shows signs of nesting within about 48 hours of the onset of labor. These signs may include scratching at her bed and looking for a safe place to have her puppies. You should begin to take your dog's rectal temperature once or twice a day as her due date approaches.

Hope this helps Sending support :hugs
