Ok. It looks like it’s a good size for a puppy birth, I would put blankets down. A concrete floor isn’t comfortable for a dog. Try padding it with rubber mats if you have them, and set out an area with blankets to make it softer. I don’t know the kind of set up she will need since I’ve never dealt with a dog birth, so someone else will have to add to this.
