Man, I'm still discovering damage.
Today was the first day I was well enough to go outside. I had to, I needed to bring in wood. While out there I discovered that when he "shoveled", he made a path past the wood pile, throwing all the shoveled snow ON TO the wood pile!! So in addition to the 16" that was already on the woodpile, now there's another foot or so piled on top. What the heck was he thinking!?!?!? So I just spent the last hour out there trying to dig off the snow to get to the tarp that covers the wood.
Then, the path he did shovel was barely the width of the shovel (which isn't wide). Barely had enough room to walk with an arm full of wood without tripping.
My deck has two sets of steps, one leading to the front, the other leading to the back. When he cleared off the deck he just pushed all of the snow onto the back steps! And of course I didn't discover that until now, days later, so it's one giant ice mass (the steps are at the corner of the house where it drips). I could literally take a sled down the back steps, it's like one big ice ramp.
Then I decide I better go start my Jeep and run it for a few minutes, since I've been ill and it's just been sitting. I walk down to my driveway and couldn't believe my eyes. When he shoveled his truck out, he dumped all of the snow in front of my jeep! So now my Jeep is buried. And believe it or not, I don't think he did it on purpose. He just has NO COMMON SENSE!!! NONE.
He bought a bunch of food the last night he was here, and now that I can eat solid food again, I figured I'd check it out. It's all cans of beef stew, hash and beef chili. I'm a vegetarian. Thanks for getting me something. What the heck am I supposed to do with a bunch of cans of beef stew and hash???
Sorry, I just had to rant for a minute.
