Well said , I don't mind working with metally challenged people at all. It's morally challenged , I have more trouble with.

I think it's really a language/area/cultural thing (thang).

In my book.. it's not how you say it, but what you are saying that counts.

I admit that I giggle at poor grammer...I even highlight it on resumes sometimes, but I never judge anyone on how they spell or put a sentence together.

What gets me are the run-on sentences with no capitalization. Something like this:

hey i saw yur chikens and like them and wanted to know if you had any for sale i can come by this afternoon and pick them up if you will be home this afternoon call me at xxx-xxxx thank you

What bothers me more than poor grammer is no punctuation or capital letters. Sometimes it's just like trying to read one run on sentence. Most of the time I don't even bother to read those kind anymore.

I can't stand it when people type in "text" speak! IDK why ppl do that? ROTFLMAO i bet my bff wud luv 2 c this post!

She thinks I'm nuts because I belong to a spelling/grammar group on cafe mom. We are the original grammar nazis!!!

Will you buy it when I put it up for sell? I have really been wanting to sale some of mine. Sorry, that is one I have a LOT of trouble tolerating!!!

Where IS the grammar police? They left the building with Elvis!

No, seriously, correct grammar and typing are nice to find- but not a requirement, as far as I am concerned. I don't type well, and I am grateful that no one calls me out on it!
