I lived on the edge of the suburbs for a couple years near farm feilds. In the summer everything smelt like manure

I lived in a strange neighborhood looking back. About a block down the canal there was a guy who used to fly around the world filming and capturing wildlife in a B-25. (Not Marlin Perkins and Jim.)
I thought it was normal to listen to a Lion grunting at dusk. Or to watch squirrels being chased by escaped monkees through the live oaks. (Might explain a lot.)

I'd make up an itemized list of the cost to replace it all and be deducting that amount off my next rent payment

if a tenant called me and said “hey this happened, these are the things that got damaged, can we come to a deal here?” id absolutely work something out with them.

if they did what you’re suggesting, i’d start the eviction proceedings.

They're old. They're okay though. Pretty sure Manther has allergies. I'll be scheduling a vet appt. tomorrow.
