Keep moving and stop sitting. Do stuff!
NO white food, flour, rice and such. Go brown/whole grain.
NO processed foods with all that sodium and BS that you can't pronounce.
Do you really need sugars and all that salt in/on your food? NO! Experiment with healthy spices to spice up your life.
Fried foods very very bad bad bad but oh so good just say no!
Vegetables vegetables vegetables, oh and some fruit.
Lots and lots of water. Sodas? Throw them out, not doing you a bit of good or quenching thirst. Water and more water.
Oh I loves me a potato with unsalted butter! Better for me is a potato with homemade salsa.
It is really and truly not that hard.

Sorry, carry on ...

I'm allergic to wheat, corn, potatoes and can't stand rice.
I can't eat fried foods, since having my gallbadder out in '84 it gives me the craps
I am limited in the veggies again because of allergies. Love Eggplant, mangos, kiwiw but it and many more make my lips swell up and throat swell shut!

I have to use salt as per doc to keep my blood pressure up. I have orthostatic hyPOtension. I stand up my blood pressure drops out the floor. I kiss floor.
Any more water my eyes are gonna float.

Did I mention I'm a chemo patient on tons of drugs to keep me alive?!

The boobs aren't mine. The originals tried to kill me!

Hope the floor loves you back

I've got to share that will DD#1 who is 2" shorter than her identical twin sister and swears she'll never grow.

My DD is short......she is 4'10" and has short lil legs

Sad part - DH is TALL, the boys are all tall or going to be tall. DD14 is not yet 5'. DD3 wears a lot of 18 month old clothes yet. However, DD6 is tall already, she's taller than her brother who is a year older. Sigh.

DH is 6'5".

Don't know who this was aimed at or if it was just a general comment.......but I must say

1 - Ask anywhere or anytime for my opinion and I will give it. If I don't, then it would not be beneficial to anyone for me to speak up. I tend to be bluntly honest. No point in fiddlefarting around.
2 - Although some phrases used were funny, I do not think the posts were meant to make fun. More like to try to help someone out that wanted opinions & thoughts. No point in being placating or passive-aggressive about it.
3 - I have been known to make fun of people. It is usually obvious when I do, or I do point it out to the slower ones to pick up on it. And I do make fun of people IRL, and do not make any attempts to sugar coat much of what I say. I have had my closest friends go as far as redoing their makeup completely after me telling them their blush looked like I

them. I did take the opportunity to show them how to blend.
4 - Trust me when I say this is not a form of bullying. I was one. This is someone getting what they explicitly asked for. OPINIONS. Bullying is NOT something one asks for, nor is it as nice as some of these posts. And that is a discussion for another time & place.

Fattie - good luck in your future clothing choices. BTW I liked your hair curled the best out of all the pictures.

My DD is 22 and just got out of a size 00 short. She can wear 1s but it is hard to find them short enough

of course with each generation it seems my family gets shorter.

I opted to breed height in the family. Or something like that.

I like #3 the best and then #12. But, I am a fan of a nice long summer dress that reaches my ankles, even though I am only 5'1. The DDD boobs are hard for me to work with though.

I can't wear strapless, I have to have some support or I do not feel comfortable.

I had a really nice long dress, wish I still had it. It had sleeves and the top part was a stretchy material and then at the wait, it dropped all the way to the floor. I wish I could find one because I think you would like very nice in one like that.

OH MY! My mom just handed me the exact same dress only it's knee length. If I get the courage up, I'll put it on and take some pictures, so you can see the kind of dress I am talking about. I think you will really love it!!

I agree with several of the other posters. When you are carrying excess weight (which I am too) you need to pick clothing that flatters your fuller figure. My favorite styles are 12 & 11. They balance out your figure thus giving a slimmer look. I love the color of # 2. Number 2 is my favorite of all of the sleeveless dresses on you. I think the color is flattering and draws attention to it. Now take that color with the style of #11 & #12 and you're in business !!

It is just me but I don't wear anything sleeveless. I always remember my 2nd grade teacher. Mrs Grudowski when she was directy our class at the Chrismas program. Her "wings" on her arms were swaying after she stopped directing !!! LOL (Sorry Mrs Grudowski RIP) Now my arms are larger so I definately don't wear sleeveless no matter how hot it gets. I wish I could get over that because it sure would be cooler. But then I'd have to remember to Nair the Hair away more often !!! LOL

Oh, and BTW Mrs Grudowski was a skinny little old lady, Maybe skinny minnies do more flapping ???? LOL

Anyway, I always wear darker colors, solid with no prints to give a more streamlined appearance. I agree, the Boob Tube is more noticable in most of the dresses. I like to see the girls seperated like in dress 11 & 12.

And yes as another poster said and I agree you are a very attractive woman. (So am I or should I say was !! LOL-I'm 53) Bringing attention to your face, smile and hair instead of the loud patterns on some of these dresses would be the way to go !!!

I'll go vote now !!!

Oh, PS Since you have these dresses what I would do would be go pick up a few lightweight shawls. I think that would balance out these dresses and make them alot more flattering to your figure. Just my opinion.
