I am leaning towards Golden Narragansett which definitely means a hen.I would lean towards red bronze hen by seeing those dark feathers coming in. But I am not to familiar with red bronze. @R2elk ?

If this is your only turkey, hope very much for a hen. It is not a good idea to keep a lone tom around chickens. It usually ends up with dead chickens once the tom starts trying to breed them.Oh no! Ramseys hatch mate died in shell and I just got my hands on another one. I was wrong on my dates. Ramsey is 1.9 months old. I’m hoping the baby I got (Martha) is the hen, I also have a blue slate in the incubator. I got the egg while buying Martha.If this is your only turkey, hope very much for a hen. Yes, definitely Red Bronze phenotype.Bourbon red tom and royal palm hen should produce red bronze poults. Royal palm tom and bourbon red hen should produce golden Narraganset hen and red bronze tom poults.
