Yes, but some roosters are just late crowers.Winter is very quiet. I have another rooster that does everything a rooster does, but Winter has only crowed. Nothing else.
My other rooster is the little black and brown frizzle. He is only 2 pounds!Proabbly because you have a more dominant rooster.
