White crust on face

Please help I’m not sure what this is or what to do. I noticed bugs on my hens and a couple of them have this white crust on face could it be lice eggs? If so how do I remove it? I haven’t felt with this before so not sure what to do. One of my hens is acting sick and seems to have trouble walking.

Yes, that does appear to be lice eggs. Do you see fast moving beige lice on the skin? Permethrin spray and garden dust which can be found in most feed stores will treat lice. Treat 10 days apart at least twice. The eggs hatch every 10 days. Coconut oil has been recommended by some people to remove the eggs or nits, but the second treatment should get the newly hatched lice before they reproduce.
