white ear lobe on black sex link not normal

Upon looking my chickens over i found one with a white earlobe its not normal.

Im not sure what is up and I am sorry for the bad pic. the other side is almost white... none of the other chickens have this problem.

Also a few of my chickens have some pretty dirty butts. Is that normal? I notice they are usually clean....

I have had this happen to my catalana hen and her earlobe turned almost bluish color. It went away in a few days so I wouldn't worry too much about it.

Maybe she will lay a white egg. I would not worry about it. Sometimes they inherit funny genes. Earlobes can be red, white, green, or tinged blueish.
