White lumps/clumps in silkies neck feathers... What's going on?

Tried to take some pictures.... Silkie has white clumps in its front neck feathers, they're ever so slightly squidgy but don't pull out at least not when doing a solo job. Anyone got any ideas on what it could be and what to do about them?

Can you get a clearer picture? Or look closely yourself? They look like they might be clumps of poultry lice nits.
Thank you, after your suggestion, I googled for pictures and you're right, I just didn't realize the eggs could form cemented clumps like that.
