White modern game?

This bird has the dainty feet of a pullet, doesn't crow, smaller and not as red wattle and comb as the rooster, longer tail like a roo, I'm confused! What is this bird?!

I don't think it's a modern game need some better pic's it's a he/she I have a bird that is same as far as it has the features of hen except the tail. Never crows or trys to mate. and the other roos leave it alone.

That was my first thought too. I had Phoenix and that's how the girls tail looked.
Its not a modern game.
