Is McMurrays the only big hatchery that has Whiting True Blues? I’m looking to add some this year, but open to other 100% blue layers (locally sourcing true Ameraucanas)

I think so.... I could be wrong, but I almost think it was a creator involved in Murray McMurray Hatchery that created them. Basically, they're the Hatchery's hybrid. But I could be wrong....

They are a real breed (breed true but not a standard recognized breed), developed by Tim Whiting. Not a hybrid! I think McMurray is the only large hatchery that carries them.

The two solid blacks, one has always been bald on its back No pests and haven’t seen picking…

The husband’s favourite, possible cockerel? Named LJ

Named it Robin, undecided on keeping

Charcoal and blue? Pretty

Definite keeper, STUNNING

These were part of the group order and went to a new home. Definitely cockerel on the barred?

Huge sucker for blues here, I was so excited to see those ones! Most of the colours we don’t really have in the flock either
