These three (besides the Sapphire Gem in the background) are seven weeks old. Dad is a RIR. Moms could be a Barred Rock, Wyandotte, 2 Easter Eggers, or an older Faverolles. All the parents besides the Fav are pictured.
More importantly, what are y’all thinking for genders?
I’m thinking…
Black and white- Wyandotte, male?
Black and brown- Easter Egger, female?
Red- Easter Egger? Male?
Sorry the pics aren’t superior quality. I can try to get clearer ones later if need be.
Also FWIW these were all “rescues” from the mixed flock, meaning they were being neglected and/or picked on (was the rooster culling competition?).

Also, hi, I’m new to chickens, and this is my first post. My main background with chickens is the somewhat lazily managed flock where I work, where these came from. I’ve been pretty hooked since I took these home and looking forward to learning more about giving them their best lives.

I agree with your sex IDs. As for breed, it's hard to say for sure but the Wyandotte and Faverolles are definitely not possibilities.

Not sure on breeds, not an area I am good at especially crosses.

I would say the red is a cockerel for sure. Black and brown looks to be a female. Better pics of the comb for the blk and white might be helpful but leaning towards cockerel.

Oh wait, I just noticed that you added a picture of the parents. The Wyandotte is actually an EE too.

Thanks! Honestly he doesn’t have a super distinguished comb right now, especially compared to the red one. I believe I can see a rooster-looking tail feather peeking out though 😅

Haha that’s why I couldn’t figure out the variety 🤣. Thank you! Sorry, I wasn’t really a part of getting that flock, and the chicken farm they came from isn’t super professional and/or organized from what I can tell.

I posted one in the first message but here’s a few more. I’m thinking they’re all from the EEs.
The hens in the first picture are black sex links. I only see one EE in your photos. Can you take a picture of the faverolles hen?

The white chick is an EE mix. The black and red chicks are black sex link mixes.
